RFP 2025-001: Provision of farming supplies and materials
The Micronesia Conservation Trust (MCT) invites proposals for the provision of farming supplies and materials to be provided over the next three years for the FSM project titled “Climate resilient food security for farming households across the Federated States of Micronesia”. MCT intends to sign an agreement with the successful bidder for the provision of farming tools. The MCT is seeking a supplier capable of supplying farming tools through their web-based platform. Through this request for proposals (“RFP”), the MCT aims to contract a qualified, reputable, and experienced firm to deliver farming tools based on a Long-Term Agreement for 3 years. The terms of reference included in Annex 1 specify the details of the assignment and expected deliverables. Proposals must be submitted to the MCT no later than 29 October 2025 at 16:00 hrs (time) Pohnpei time.
A prospective proposer who needs clarification on the solicitation documents may notify the MCT in writing by email to xluther@ourmicronesia.org and copy gnarruhn@rd.gov.fm, no later than the date and time specified in Annex 6. The email subject line MUST include the reference number and title of the RFP, for example, RFP 2025-001 (1) for Kosrae, RFP 2025-001 (2) for Pohnpei, RFP 2025-001 (3) for Chuuk, and RFP 2025-001 (4) for Yap – Provision of farming supplies and materials for the Micronesia Conservation Trust, based on an agreement for 3 years. The MCT will respond in writing to any clarification requests received by the deadline listed in Annex 6. Copies of the MCT responses, which may contain information of common interest to all bidders (including an explanation of the query but without identifying the source), will be posted on the MCT website and/or sent via email.
