William Charles Raynor is the director of The Nature Conservancy Asia Pacific Program. He holds a B.S. in Agricultural Science and Management with an emphasis on plant science from the University of California at Davis and a M. S. in Agronomy and Soil Science with focus in Agroforestry from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
Simon Ellis is the director the Marine Environmental Institute of Pohnpei. He holds a Master of Science in Fisheries and Aquaculture from Louisiana State University and a Bachelor of Science in Marine Biology from Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh, Scotland.
Dr. Rufino Mauricio serves as the FSM National Historic Preservation Officer and as a consulting archaeologist and ethnographer for the nation as well. He earned his PhD in Archaeology from the University of Oregon and has concentrated his work and research on Pacific ethnology, prehistory, ethnoarchaeology, cultural change and indigenous literature.
Katrina Adams is one of the owners and general manager of the Kosrae Village Eco Lodge and Dive Resort. She holds a B.A. in Management from St. Mary's College in California.
Dr. Robert van Woesik is currently a professor for the University of Florida, Institute Technology, Department of Biological Sciences. He earned his Ph.D from James Cook University in Marine Biology in 1993 and his B.Sc. in 1983 from the University of Queensland.
Dr. Bob Richmond is a Research Professor at the University of Hawaii's Kewalo Marine Laboratory. He received a B.S. in Biology/Geology with High Distinction from the University of Rochester in 1976, an M.S. in Marine Environmental Sciences from the Marine Sciences Research Center, SUNY at Stony Brook, in 1982, and a Ph.D. in Biological Sciences from the Dept. of Ecology and Evolution, SUNY at Stony Brook, in 1983.
Ellen Grant has been a nonprofit executive for over twenty years, achieving missions in education and capacity building, the environment, health and human services, and arts and culture. She received her B.A. in Government from Colby College and has completed a number of graduate courses in public policy and nonprofit management.
Gerald Westly Davis serves as the Assistant Regional Administrator for the Habitat Conservation Division of the National Marine Fisheries Service, Pacific Islands Regional Office. He earned his M.S. in Biology with a concentration in Fisheries from the University of Guam in 1985 and his B.A. in Marine Science from Kutztown University, Pennsylvania in 1980.
Alexander Kerr is an Associate Professor of Marine Biology at the University of Guam. He earned his Ph.D. in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from Yale University in 2000, Master of Philosophy in Biology from Yale University in 1997 and a Master of Science in Biology at the University of Guam in 1994.
Jenny McIlwain is an Assistant Professor of Marine Biology at the University of Guam. She holds a B. Sc. from James Cook University and received her PhD from the University of Western Australia.
Konrad Engleberger is a consultant on Plant Protection, Biosecurity and Invasive Species in Pohnpei, Federated States of Micronesia. He holds an Engineering Degree in Agronomy and Plant Protection from Schoenbrunn Germany.
